Are you worried about not being prepared for the first day of grade 9? Don't be! All The important information you need to not be stressed coming into a new environment can be found here at our school. We have guidance counselors that are always available to talk to about anything including personal issues, academic issues, and any other concerns. Mr. Kirby is the guidance counselor for everyone in the school with the last name starting with A - K and Mr. Wolfe is the guidance counselor for everyone in the school with the last names that start with L - Z. You can reach them by booking an appointment on the school website which is https://cairinewilsonss.ocdsb.ca/ or by heading to student services. They always welcome any students who need help or want to talk about something important.
Teacher Support
If you feel you're overwhelmed with lots of work, don't be afraid to talk to your teachers about it. Teachers are not meant to stress you out; they are here to teach and to help you when you need it. They will be more than happy to help you if you have a question or need to talk. If you want to contact a teacher but you're not at school, check out the school website to find their email!
