Mental Health
Connor O and Alyssa B
All guidance appointments are currently online and available from 9am to 3pm for both counselors.
Who can help you in Cairine:
Guidance counselors (Mr. Kirby and Mr. Wolfe) can always help.
Teachers and educational assistants in the Blue room.
Any of the lovely ladies in our office, they can give food, water bottles, period supplies, hugs (post-pandemic of course), and lots more!
Taking Care of your Mental Health
Talking to Mr. Kirby, Mr. Wolfe, or staff members about your mental health is something to consider doing if you're struggling because they can offer advice, tips, and ressources for your mental health and will ensure you get the support that would benefit you.
Crisis Resources
If you or someone you know is experiencing a crisis, ask someone for support. You are not alone.
